Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for contract and full-time positions
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Utilize ATS platforms and job portals to track candidates and maintain recruitment data
- Conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
- Build strong pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
- Coordinate with account managers and clients to understand hiring requirements
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates to clients
- Support recruitment reporting and database management
Requirements
- 2–3 years of recruiting experience, preferably within staffing or agency recruiting
- Experience recruiting for Aerospace, Defense, Aviation, Entertainment, or related industries is a plus
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills
- Hands-on experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, and other sourcing tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite team environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
