Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects focused on soil and groundwater site investigations and remedial actions
- Manage field teams conducting soil sampling, excavation oversight, and groundwater monitoring programs for oil and gas clients
- Maintain project schedules and budgets, coordinating with CDH staff and technical leads
- Prepare reports, deliverables, and regulatory submittals in accordance with client objectives
- Mentor and develop junior staff
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or related field
- 6+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 2 years of project management
- Hands-on experience conducting site investigations and delineating contaminated soil and groundwater in the Permian Basin
- Working knowledge of oil and gas processes and regulations in the Permian Basin
- Ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities and requirements
- Experience applying field safety processes and procedures
- Must be local to the Carlsbad/Hobbs, NM or Midland, TX area
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with Colorado Energy and Carbon Management Commission (ECMC) Regulations
- Professional license (PE or PG)
