We’re partnering with a growing industrial construction organization seeking an experienced Materials Manager to lead procurement, inventory control, warehouse operations, and field material coordination across large-scale energy and infrastructure projects.
This is a high-impact leadership role focused on ensuring critical materials are sourced, tracked, delivered, and managed efficiently to support complex project execution schedules. The position works closely with operations, project management, vendors, fabrication teams, and field leadership.

- Managing material planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory control
- Developing supplier and vendor relationships
- Coordinating deliveries and resolving material shortages/delays
- Improving warehouse and material tracking processes
- Supporting project schedules, cost control, and operational efficiency
- Leading materials personnel and driving process improvements
Ideal background:
- Industrial construction, EPC, oil & gas, energy, manufacturing, or heavy industrial experience
- Strong knowledge of procurement, supply chain, warehousing, and inventory systems
- Experience supporting fast-paced field construction environments
- Strong commercial, organizational, and leadership skills
