**Role Description **

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Developer based in Greater Tampa. The Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications that support CAVH’s operations and services. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshooting issues, and implementing software solutions. The Developer will also play an integral part in system optimization, integration efforts, and ensuring the technical integrity of applications.

**Qualifications **

- Strong coding and development skills in languages such as Java, Python, C#, or similar technologies

- Experience with system integration, APIs, and cloud-based platforms

- Knowledge of AI and AI Integrations

- Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize existing software

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information effectively

- Understanding of HVAC systems or experience in related industries is a plus

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

- Willingness to work on-site in Greater Orlando
