WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a Groundskeeper/Pressure Washing Tech Full-Time for a residential property in the Hoover AL area.
A team player that can do multiple tasks, general grounds, pressure washing, curb appeal, punches, make ready's, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform regular maintenance and upkeep of the grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other community buildings within multi-family residential apartments.
Manage and use high pressure water spray for buildings exteriors and curb appeal and all the walkable areas in the property.
Work collaboratively with the Property Manager to ensure that the apartments are move-in ready and that residents receive exceptional service in a well-maintained property.
Maintain meticulous curb appeal and ensure the grounds perimeter of the apartment community is well-kept on a daily basis.
REQUIREMENTS:
Possess a positive, can-do attitude and be an effective team player.
Ensure meticulous upkeep of the grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and community buildings.
Remove trash from the office and community areas daily.
Assist in preparing market-ready units, including removing trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) before they are made ready.
Assist the Maintenance Supervisor/Property Manager and perform assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
Help clean available apartments and models.
Pressure washer exteriors areas in the property and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including but not limited to lifting heavy equipment and working in various weather conditions.
Support the maintenance team with troubleshooting, repairs, and carpentry (if applicable).
Report any maintenance concerns for repairs in available apartments, models, clubhouses, and common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor. Meet performance standards for this position and comply with company policies, rules, and procedures while being familiar with Fair Housing laws.
