**Position Overview **Carter Support Services is seeking a highly experienced **Senior AI/ML Engineer ** to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI solutions. This role focuses on building scalable systems leveraging **Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic AI workflows **.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in **Python, cloud-based AI deployment (Azure), and modern NLP techniques **, along with experience delivering production-grade AI systems.

**Key Responsibilities **

- Design and implement AI/ML solutions using Python and modern ML frameworks

- Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies for LLM-based systems

**Required Qualifications **

- **7+ years of DevOps experience **, including CI/CD pipelines

- **7+ years of MongoDB or similar database experience **

**About the Opportunity **Carter Support Services is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant I to join a collaborative and fast-paced financial operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior-level accounting professional looking to build a strong foundation in the broker-dealer and insurance space.

You will work alongside a close-knit team, gaining exposure to critical financial processes while interacting with internal stakeholders across multiple departments.

**Key Responsibilities **

- Clear unapplied or unidentified cash transactions

- Apply fees and payments within internal financial systems

- Maintain and update databases for carriers, clients, and policy/account information

- Follow up on broker of record changes with providers

- Support revenue reporting and investigate missing commissions

- Reconcile bank receipts with internal cash postings to ensure accuracy

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reconciliation discrepancies

- Respond to audit requests (FINRA, SEC, AML, internal audits, etc.)

- Assist with onboarding new business and acquisitions into internal systems

**Required Qualifications **

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- 1–2 years of accounting or finance experience

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
