Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site General Laborer position located at our facility in Newton, NC. The General Laborer will be responsible for assisting with the manufacturing and distribution of high-quality work gloves and PPE. Responsibilities include operating machinery, assembling and packaging products, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, inspecting products for quality, and assisting with inventory management. Additionally, the role involves following safety protocols and adhering to production schedules.

- Ability to operate manufacturing machinery and follow production processes
- Attention to detail for inspecting, assembling, and packaging products
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety standards and procedures
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move materials as required
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or similar environments is a plus
