About the role

The Opportunity
We're a fast-moving staffing and recruiting agency placing candidates into construction roles across the country, and we need a recruiter who can keep up. Requisitions open and close quickly in this space, so the right person will thrive on urgency, own their pipeline, and turn around placements in days — not weeks.
This starts as a contract (part-time) engagement. If things click on both sides, there's a clear runway to a longer-term, full-time role with us.
What You'll Do
  • Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for construction roles (field and office positions — superintendents, PMs, estimators, foremen, skilled trades, etc.)
  • Manage active reqs end-to-end: intake, sourcing, outreach, qualification, submittal, interview coordination, and offer stage
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of construction talent you can tap quickly as new roles come in
  • Communicate proactively with our team and hiring managers — fast feedback loops are how we win
  • Keep your ATS and notes clean so handoffs and follow-ups never drop

What We're Looking For
  • Prior recruiting experience, ideally in construction, skilled trades, engineering, or industrial staffing
  • Comfort with high-volume, fast-turnaround work — this is not a slow corporate cycle
  • Strong sourcing chops (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, cold outreach)
  • Self-directed and responsive — you don't need someone standing over you, but you answer your messages
  • Reliable home office setup and U.S. work authorization

Nice to Have
  • Existing network of construction candidates
  • Experience working on a contingent or split-fee basis
  • Familiarity with common ATS tools
