The Opportunity
We're a fast-moving staffing and recruiting agency placing candidates into construction roles across the country, and we need a recruiter who can keep up. Requisitions open and close quickly in this space, so the right person will thrive on urgency, own their pipeline, and turn around placements in days — not weeks.
This starts as a contract (part-time) engagement. If things click on both sides, there's a clear runway to a longer-term, full-time role with us.

What You'll Do
- Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for construction roles (field and office positions — superintendents, PMs, estimators, foremen, skilled trades, etc.)
- Manage active reqs end-to-end: intake, sourcing, outreach, qualification, submittal, interview coordination, and offer stage
- Build and maintain a pipeline of construction talent you can tap quickly as new roles come in
- Communicate proactively with our team and hiring managers — fast feedback loops are how we win
- Keep your ATS and notes clean so handoffs and follow-ups never drop
What We're Looking For
- Prior recruiting experience, ideally in construction, skilled trades, engineering, or industrial staffing
- Comfort with high-volume, fast-turnaround work — this is not a slow corporate cycle
- Strong sourcing chops (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, cold outreach)
- Self-directed and responsive — you don't need someone standing over you, but you answer your messages
- Reliable home office setup and U.S. work authorization
Nice to Have
- Existing network of construction candidates
- Experience working on a contingent or split-fee basis
- Familiarity with common ATS tools
