The Opportunity We're a fast-moving staffing and recruiting agency placing candidates into construction roles across the country, and we need a recruiter who can keep up. Requisitions open and close quickly in this space, so the right person will thrive on urgency, own their pipeline, and turn around placements in days — not weeks. This starts as a contract (part-time) engagement. If things click on both sides, there's a clear runway to a longer-term, full-time role with us. What You'll Do
Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for construction roles (field and office positions — superintendents, PMs, estimators, foremen, skilled trades, etc.)
Manage active reqs end-to-end: intake, sourcing, outreach, qualification, submittal, interview coordination, and offer stage
Build and maintain a pipeline of construction talent you can tap quickly as new roles come in
Communicate proactively with our team and hiring managers — fast feedback loops are how we win
Keep your ATS and notes clean so handoffs and follow-ups never drop
What We're Looking For
Prior recruiting experience, ideally in construction, skilled trades, engineering, or industrial staffing
Comfort with high-volume, fast-turnaround work — this is not a slow corporate cycle
Self-directed and responsive — you don't need someone standing over you, but you answer your messages
Reliable home office setup and U.S. work authorization
Nice to Have
Existing network of construction candidates
Experience working on a contingent or split-fee basis
Familiarity with common ATS tools
