ABOUT THE ROLE Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Office Assistant. This role will support daily administrative tasks, coordination, and internal operations for a growing U.S.-based organization. The Office Assistant will work with managers and teams to help keep processes running smoothly in a remote work environment. COMPENSATION Thesalary range for this role is $60,000 - $85,000 per year , based on experience, qualifications, and client hiring needs. Additional compensation and benefits details will be shared during the hiring process. WHAT YOU’LL DO
Perform general administrative and office support tasks
Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
Respond to emails and assist with internal communication
Organize documents, files, and spreadsheets
Assist with onboarding paperwork and administrative processes
Coordinate virtual meetings (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet)
Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups
Support managers with daily administrative needs
Maintain confidentiality of company information
Assist with basic customer or internal inquiries
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
0–2 years of experience in admin, customer service, retail, or support roles
Strong organizational and time management skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Reliable, professional, and positive attitude
NICE TO HAVE
Previous office or administrative experience
Familiarity with scheduling or CRM tools
Experience with spreadsheets or data entry
Customer service or receptionist background
Exposure to remote work tools (Slack, Zoom, etc.)
