What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Research market trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to guide campaign strategy
- Partner with sales, product, and creative teams on product launches and go-to-market initiatives
- Manage social media presence and produce engaging, on-brand content across platforms
- Develop marketing collateral, decks, and stakeholder presentations
- Track campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and report actionable insights to leadership
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of professional marketing experience
- Strong analytical mindset with sharp attention to detail
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or comparable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter who works effectively independently and as part of a remote team
