Responsibilities
- Respond to technical support inquiries through various communication channels
- Identify and resolve user issues with hardware and software
- Document all interactions and solutions in the support system
- Assist with the installation and configuration of software applications
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery
- Provide training and guidance to users on system functionalities
- Implement preventive maintenance measures for systems
- Participate in ongoing training and skills development sessions
Requirements
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Basic understanding of cloud-based systems and applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common software tools
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the IT field
- Previous experience in a support role is an advantage
- CompTIA Network+ or similar certification preferred
