What You'll Do
- Design compelling visual assets for digital platforms, including web, social, email, and paid campaigns
- Partner with clients to understand creative briefs, brand goals, and project requirements
- Develop branding systems and marketing collateral — logos, style guides, decks, and campaign creative
- Maintain visual consistency and brand integrity across every project and touchpoint
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to keep work fresh and relevant
- Contribute to team brainstorms, creative reviews, and concept development sessions
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Familiarity with Figma is a plus, especially for digital and web-focused projects
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote setting
- Self-directed, organized, and able to manage multiple projects on parallel timelines
- A polished portfolio demonstrating range across branding, digital, and marketing design
