ABOUT THE ROLE Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Customer Support Representative. This role focuses on assisting customers, resolving inquiries, and delivering a high-quality support experience across multiple communication channels. The Customer Support Representative will act as the first point of contact for customers, helping resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure a smooth and positive experience. COMPENSATION The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $90,000 per year, based on communication skills, performance, and client hiring needs. Additional compensation and benefits details will be shared during the hiring process. WHAT YOU’LL DO
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Assist with account questions, service requests, and general support
Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner
Document customer interactions in internal systems
Escalate complex issues to senior support teams when needed
Maintain a positive and helpful tone in all communications
Follow company processes and support guidelines
Track and meet response time and customer satisfaction goals
Collaborate with team members and supervisors
Support customer retention and overall satisfaction
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
High school diploma or equivalent required
No prior experience required (training provided)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable speaking with customers and resolving issues
Basic computer skills (email, data entry, CRM systems)
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet connection and workspace
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
