**POSITION SUMMARY **

The 10X People Services Advisor serves as a trusted partner to a portfolio of clients, providing strategic guidance and practical solutions to their organizational and people challenges. You excel at context switching, leading Talent and HR projects from diagnosis through implementation, and delivering high-quality HR services that drive business results. This role combines full-cycle recruitment account management with outsourced HR advisory support, helping small business owners align people strategy to business strategy.

**OBJECTIVES **

- Build and maintain trusted relationships with People Services clients and their leadership teams.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for both Recruitment Services and HR Services engagements.

- Coach clients on strategic hiring practices, organizational structure, onboarding, employee performance, and workforce planning.

- Guide business owners and leadership teams on HR best practices, people processes, and scalable workforce strategies.

- Partner with Recruiters to execute full-cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing strategy, interview coordination, candidate experience, and offer management.

- Support the creation and refinement of job descriptions, onboarding plans, interview processes, scorecards, and organizational structures.

- Help clients navigate employee relations conversations, performance accountability, and leadership communication challenges while escalating sensitive matters appropriately.

- Ensure timely communication and weekly updates with clients to maintain transparency and alignment.

- Track recruiting progress, client deliverables, and workforce initiatives through internal systems and reporting tools.

- Create and execute recruiting strategies to help clients achieve hiring goals and target start dates.

- Ensure candidates receive timely follow-up and a remarkable experience throughout the hiring process.

- Partner with internal People Services leadership to identify opportunities for operational improvement, client expansion, and service enhancement.

- Represent Cardone Ventures and the 10X brand through professionalism, accountability, urgency, and high-level client service.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE **

- 3–5 years of experience in Recruiting, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, HR Advisory, or Account Management.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

- Experience supporting small business owners or multi-client environments preferred.

People Advisor (HR)

**POSITION SUMMARY **

Dp Derm is seeking a **Integrated Marketing Manager ** to lead and execute revenue-driven marketing initiatives across digital, DTC, B2B, and event channels from our Miami headquarters.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who can take ownership of marketing performance, improve lead generation, strengthen customer acquisition, and help rebuild a consistent marketing engine for the business. This person will not simply coordinate tasks — they will be expected to execute, analyze, optimize, and take accountability for measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on. They understand how to connect marketing activity to revenue, are comfortable working with data, and can manage campaigns across paid media, email, social, events, Shopify, CRM, and lead generation funnels. They should be proactive, resourceful, and capable of bringing structure to a department that is ready for stronger marketing leadership.

- Marketing campaigns are launched consistently, accurately, and on time across key channels.

- Paid media campaigns are actively monitored and optimized based on ROAS, CAC, CPL, conversion rate, and campaign ROI.

- Campaign ROI and ROAS consistently hit or exceed defined targets and performance benchmarks.

- Pipeline generated from marketing activity is tracked, including the total dollar value of opportunities created.

- Event marketing efforts achieve target CPL, increase registrations, improve attendance, and generate qualified post-event follow-up opportunities.

- Landing pages, email campaigns, funnels, and customer journeys show measurable improvement in conversion performance.

- Leadership has clear visibility into marketing performance, campaign status, results, and next steps.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE **

- 4–5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in growth marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing, ecommerce, or demand generation.

- Experience managing or supporting paid media, email marketing, CRM, lifecycle campaigns, lead generation funnels, and campaign reporting.

- Strong working knowledge of Shopify, Google Analytics, paid media platforms, CRM systems, and AI/automation tools; HubSpot experience preferred.

- Ability to analyze performance data and make recommendations based on ROAS, CAC, CPL, conversion rates, campaign ROI, lead quality, and customer engagement.

- Strong project management, communication, copywriting, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, vendors, deadlines, and cross-functional priorities.

**COMPENSATION & BENEFITS **

- Compensation: $95K-$110K + up to 20% monthly incentive bonus based on performance
