Carbinox builds rugged smartwatches for people who work hard. We've sold 350,000+ watches, generated $50M+ in lifetime revenue, and built a brand that military, first responders, and blue-collar workers trust every day. We're an American-designed, Shopify Plus brand doing eight figures annually across DTC, Amazon, and TikTok Shop.
We're not a startup figuring things out. We're a scaling brand that needs someone who knows how to turn customers into repeat buyers and turn repeat buyers into lifelong fans.
The Role:
You will own everything that happens AFTER a customer's first purchase — and a lot of what brings them back for the second, third, and fourth. Your job is to make Carbinox's existing customer base the most profitable asset in the business.
You're building the engine that increases how much each customer is worth, how often they come back, and how much revenue we generate without spending a dollar on ads.
Your Three Goals:
1. Increase Customer Lifetime Value (LTV:)
•⁠  ⁠Manage all upsell, cross-sell, and bundle strategies across our channels
•⁠  ⁠Manage all special launches, holidays, and offers on our website
•⁠  ⁠Manage Referral, Loyalty, and Community programs
2. Increase Repeat Purchase Rate:
•⁠  ⁠Manage the full Klaviyo & Postscript ecosystem: flows, automations, and segmentation
•⁠  ⁠Manage Postcard Marketing and other organic reactivation initiatives
•⁠  ⁠Manage Trade-In program, subscription models, and win-back strategies
3. Increase Revenue on Organic Channels:
•⁠  ⁠Manage SEO, articles, and AI platform placement strategies
•⁠  ⁠Manage Social Media marketing strategies
•⁠  ⁠Manage Affiliate and Ambassador programs
•⁠  ⁠Manage word-of-mouth strategies in partnership with the CX team
You're Right For This If You:
•⁠  ⁠Have 3+ years running retention/lifecycle for a DTC brand doing at least 7 figures on Shopify
•⁠  ⁠Know Klaviyo & SMS Platforms inside and out — flows, segmentation, A/B testing, deliverability
•⁠  ⁠Have actually moved repeat purchase rate and LTV at a previous company (show us the numbers)
•⁠  ⁠Can build and manage a campaign calendar without being told what to send
•⁠  ⁠Think in systems, not one-off campaigns
•⁠  ⁠Can manage a small team or contractors and keep them accountable
•⁠  ⁠Are resourceful — you figure it out before you ask for help
•⁠  ⁠Move fast. We don't do "let's circle back next week"
