Role Description This is a role for a Contract Recruiter, ideally based in St. Louis, MO. This position will primarily work remotely, but may be required to participate in on site recruiting activities. The position involves developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent. Key responsibilities include sourcing candidates, managing job postings, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. Qualifications
Talent acquisition skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies
Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruiting and compliance
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and provide hiring solutions on strict timelines
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Recruitment experience within the financial services or professional services industry is a plus
