- 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, business intelligence, data engineering, or a closely related role.

- Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex transformations, aggregations, and windowing logic.

- Strong hands-on experience with dbt, including model development, refactoring, documentation, sources, and tests.

- Solid understanding of analytical data modeling concepts and best practices.

- Ability to translate business concepts into structured, analytics-ready data models.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain data logic in business terms.

~~Desired Qualifications/Skills: ~~

- Experience working in a modern analytics stack (e.g., cloud data warehouse, dbt, BI tools).

- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI semantic models, or similar analytics platforms.

- Experience partnering closely with Data Engineers and Data Quality roles in a team-based analytics delivery model.

- Exposure to data governance concepts such as definitions, lineage, stewardship, and certified metrics.

- Comfort operating in environments with evolving requirements and helping bring clarity through modeling standards

- High standard of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
