About the role

Position Title: Regional President
Reports to: CEO / Group President / Board of Directors
Position Summary
The Regional President has full executive responsibility for the company’s strategy, operations, and financial performance within the assigned region. This role leads regional leadership teams, drives sustainable growth, ensures strong governance and compliance, and represents the company with key external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide overall leadership and direction for all business activities within the region
  • Develop and execute regional business and growth strategies aligned with corporate objectives
  • Own full P&L responsibility, including revenue growth, profitability, and cost management
  • Oversee regional operations across sales, marketing, operations, finance, HR, and other functions
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing regional leadership team
  • Manage relationships with key customers, partners, regulators, and government authorities
  • Represent the company in regional public, industry, and governmental forums
  • Identify market opportunities, risks, and competitive dynamics within the region
  • Report regional performance, strategy, and risks to senior leadership and the Board

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred
  • 15+ years of senior executive experience with full P&L accountability
  • Proven track record leading multi-country or large regional operations
  • Strong strategic, commercial, and operational leadership capabilities
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Experience
  • Experience in [industry-specific field, e.g., manufacturing, energy, technology, financial services]
  • Experience operating in multinational or complex regulatory environments
  • Prior role as Regional CEO, Country President, or equivalent
