Digital Marketing Specialist | Commercial & Sales Support Location: Opa Locka Overview A rapidly growing aviation maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) organisation is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support its global commercial and marketing activities. Position Summary This role will support digital marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and commercial activity across international aerospace programmes. The position is hands-on, focused on campaign execution, marketing automation, and event support, while working closely with Sales to ensure alignment with commercial objectives. The role also includes involvement in international trade shows and customer events, with occasional travel required. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
Execute digital campaigns including email marketing, landing pages, and automation workflows
Apply core marketing principles such as segmentation, targeting, and customer journey mapping
Manage campaign timelines and coordinate delivery across internal teams
Support lead capture, scoring, and routing processes
Social Media Management
Manage company social media channels with consistent, on-brand messaging
Plan and schedule content aligned with campaigns, events, and company updates
Monitor engagement and performance metrics
Marketing Automation & Data Management
Maintain CRM data, segmentation, and contact lists
Support lead nurture campaigns aligned to customer lifecycle stages
Ensure accurate campaign tracking and documentation
Identify optimisation opportunities based on data insights
Sales & Commercial Support
Support Sales with follow-up campaigns linked to customer activity
Assist with account-based marketing initiatives
Align marketing communications with the commercial sales cycle
Events & Trade Shows
Support planning and execution of industry events globally
Assist with pre-event promotion, on-site support, and post-event follow-up
Coordinate marketing materials and lead capture processes
Travel domestically and internationally as required
Content & Brand Support
Maintain marketing collateral and ensure consistent branding
Assist with digital content updates and presentations
Monitor competitor activity and market trends
Skills & Experience
2–4 years’ experience in digital or B2B marketing
Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce/Pardot preferred)
Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals (segmentation, funnels, customer journeys)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud
Experience working with CRM systems and analysing performance data
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
Working Environment
Primarily office-based with occasional time spent in operational environments
Ability to work at a computer for extended periods
Occasional lifting of light marketing materials or equipment
Travel required up to approximately 25%
