Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Maintenance Sales Representative located in Northwood, OH, with an opportunity to work partially from home. The Maintenance Sales Representative will develop and maintain client relationships, identify opportunities for HVAC maintenance contracts, and provide tailored recommendations for improved energy management. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting, creating and presenting sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure client needs are met. The role also involves staying informed about industry trends and energy-efficient technologies to better serve clients.

Qualifications
- Strong sales and prospecting skills, including lead generation and relationship building
- Understanding of HVAC systems, including maintenance, energy management, and building controls
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for proposal creation and client interaction
- Organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Previous experience in sales, customer relationship management, or the HVAC industry is preferred
- Familiarity with energy-efficient technologies and regulatory compliance is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tracking tools
