We are front-and-center in one of the most dynamic real estate markets in the country, with a constant stream of out-of-state buyers relocating to the Rocket City.
Due to our success in providing an exceptional, client-first experience, our team is expanding. Let’s be clear: we aren’t looking to just add to our headcount. We are expanding because our rapidly growing client base needs the right professionals to help protect and guide them through one of the largest financial and emotional transitions of their lives. Our entire culture is built on the premise that the best clients deserve to be served by the best agents.
We are seeking a growth-minded, licensed Showing Agent who has a true servant's heart. You will learn this business from the ground up, utilizing our tech-forward processes and proven systems to ensure every client has the same elite experience. All the while, we will support you with the tools necessary to grow your own business, acquire clients, and build your own brand.
A Smooth Financial On-Ramp & Mentorship Roadmap
The transition into real estate is notorious for its jagged ups and downs. We provide a smooth financial on-ramp so you can focus on learning and serving. During your time as a Showing Agent, you will earn $25 per door shown, with a guaranteed $50 daily minimum for days when homes are shown. If you handle 4 or more showings in a day, your pay transitions to a flat day rate of $150. You will also earn a $250 bonus upon every successful closing.
To give you a realistic picture of the volume, our Showing Agents typically handle 30 to 40 showings and walkthroughs per month, contributing to 4 to 5 monthly closings.
As you hit your milestones and transition to carrying your own buyer clients, your pay structure will smoothly evolve into an escalating commission model. You will begin at a 10% commission and work your way up to 50% for company-provided leads, while earning a generous 80% split on your self-generated leads.
We offer a clear, step-by-step progression:You Shadow Us: You’ll ride along, watch how I and our team interact with clients, and learn the Cameron Walker Realty standard of service.We Shadow You: You take the lead on showings while we hang back, observe, and give you real-time feedback.You Show Homes Solo: You take the reins, managing client tours and serving as their trusted guide.You Write Contracts: Once you’ve mastered client relations, our team will guide you on the paperwork, the negotiations, and how to successfully help clients navigate a seamless transaction and successful purchase.What You’ll Actually Be Doing (The Day-to-Day)Leading with a Servant's Heart: We don't subscribe to "hustle culture"; we subscribe to serving people at the highest level. A huge benefit of serving relocating homebuyers is that they typically schedule their house-hunting trips well in advance. This allows you to have greater control over your calendar, maximizing your earning potential while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. However, real estate is a dynamic industry; you must remain highly adaptable for clients who arrive on short notice, or local buyers who need to see homes the moment they hit the market..Fierce Client Protection: We represent our clients' absolute best interests, without exception. You will act as an unwavering advocate, actively attending inspections, builder meetings, and walkthroughs to ensure our buyers are fully informed.Navigating New Construction: Huntsville is expanding rapidly. You will frequently attend builder appointments, inspections, and walkthroughs, and help clients tour new build floorplans so they can clearly visualize their options.The Tailored Local Ambassador: Many of our clients have never visited the Huntsville area. It’s critical that you show them everything Huntsville has to offer, thoughtfully curating each experience to match the specific wants and needs of the client. Being the Eyes and Ears: Many of our relocating clients are moving from afar. You will conduct live or recorded video tours, serving as their trusted boots on the ground.Hosting Open Houses: We are a full-service brokerage. You will be expected to hold 1 to 2 open houses per month on the weekends to help find buyers for our listing clients' homes; which is also a phenomenal way for you to build your future pipeline!What It Takes to Partner With UsAn Active Alabama Real Estate License. Our out-of-state and international clients often navigate tight contractual deadlines across different time zones. They rely on accurate and timely communication to keep their transactions on track.Tech-Forward Mindset: You embrace technology. We use robust systems to ensure a consistent client experience. To equip you for success, the brokerage provides your website, CRM, business phone number, access to Google Workspace, and the Dotloop transaction management system. You will need to operate seamlessly within these tools to help grow your own business.Reliable Transportation: You need reliable personal transportation to be able to get to showings efficiently across the area.Independent Contractor Mindset: You understand this is a 1099 role. You are eager to learn the business under the umbrella of a top-tier brand. While the brokerage provides robust operational tech and support, you are responsible for your MLS fees, local/state/national association dues, and individual business expenses (examples include your vehicle, lockboxes, business cards, cell phone, and signs).Who Is The Right Fit For This?You don't want to figure out real estate by trial and error; you want to learn from a brand that has already figured out how to attract and serve homebuyers moving to Huntsville.
