Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Regional Manager role based in Phoenix, AZ. The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operational performance and management of multiple properties, driving profitability, and ensuring alignment with company standards and goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing property teams, preparing and analyzing financial reports, implementing strategic business plans, ensuring compliance with property regulations, and developing relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
- Expertise in property management, and capital improvements
- Experience in marketing, acquisitions, and repositioning
- Knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and property evaluations
- Proven ability to build and maintain successful professional relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate Lic.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site in Phoenix, AZ
