Job Summary
We are seeking an RPA Developer to design and implement robotic process automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual workloads. The ideal candidate should have expertise in automation platforms, workflow design, and business process optimization.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and deploy RPA bots and automation workflows.
Analyze business processes for automation opportunities.
Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.
Conduct testing and debugging of automation solutions.
Monitor bot performance and reliability.
Maintain automation documentation and standards.
Support production deployments and upgrades.
Ensure compliance with security and governance policies.
Troubleshoot automation-related issues.
Optimize automation efficiency and scalability.
Participate in process improvement initiatives.
Support integration with enterprise systems.
Conduct user training and knowledge transfer.
Maintain version control and release processes.
Stay updated with RPA technologies and trends.

Required Skills

Experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
Knowledge of scripting and workflow automation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with APIs and enterprise applications.
Communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
3+ years of RPA development experience.

Preferred Qualifications

RPA certifications preferred.
Experience with AI-driven automation.
