**Title: Product Manager **

**Required Skills & Qualifications **

**Overall 12+ yrs IT experience and 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) **

**Proven experience in 0→1 product development (building products from scratch) **

**Strong expertise in product strategy, discovery, and roadmap planning **

**Demonstrated ability in data-driven decision-making (metrics, dashboards, experimentation) **

**Experience with hypothesis-driven development and A/B testing **

**Strong understanding of customer-centric product design **

**Ability to clearly articulate business impact and product outcomes **

**Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills **

**Preferred Qualifications **

**Experience working on digital banking, payments, lending, or fintech products **

**Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, SQL **

**Experience in Agile/Scrum product environments **
