Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Greater Lansing. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales activities in the assigned territory, develop and maintain strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, prospecting and closing deals, preparing sales presentations, and providing customers with detailed insights about California Plastics’ products and solutions. The manager will also collaborate with the internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and product delivery.

Qualifications
- Proven sales and business development skills, with experience in account management, lead generation, and deal negotiation
- In-depth knowledge of the plastics industry, particularly in engineering and commodity resins
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends, recognize opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies
- Experience with CRM software and tools for sales management and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet performance goals
- Familiarity with sustainable business practices and recycling processes is a plus
