The Department of Water Resources’ Financial Assistance Branch is seeking a Supervising Engineering Geologist to plan, organize, and lead a dynamic team of engineers, geologists, environmental scientists, and analysts delivering the Sustainable Groundwater Management (SGM) Grant Program and related initiatives. In this role, you will play a key part in implementing the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA), administering grants, and overseeing groundwater projects that support water sustainability, climate resilience, and equity throughout the state.
