Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for operational excellence, staff development, and service delivery? We’re seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our Print Services and Materials Management units, critical operations that support statewide services and organizational success.
This leadership role offers the opportunity to oversee warehouse operations, print-production workflows, inventory management, and team development while driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, accountability, safety, and service delivery across the department.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of Print Services and Materials Management units
  • Lead and develop diverse teams while fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
  • Strengthen warehouse operations, inventory controls, and print-production workflows
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational standards and procedures
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and accountability
  • Coordinate operational priorities to ensure continuity of statewide support services
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Monitor operational performance metrics and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
  • Support strategic planning and operational initiatives within the Document Services Branch

Desirable Qualifications
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, print services, or operational management
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience leading staff development and team performance initiatives
  • Ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and workflow optimization
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative partnerships
