Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of Print Services and Materials Management units
- Lead and develop diverse teams while fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
- Strengthen warehouse operations, inventory controls, and print-production workflows
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational standards and procedures
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and accountability
- Coordinate operational priorities to ensure continuity of statewide support services
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and leadership teams
- Monitor operational performance metrics and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
- Support strategic planning and operational initiatives within the Document Services Branch
Desirable Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, print services, or operational management
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience leading staff development and team performance initiatives
- Ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and workflow optimization
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative partnerships
- Commitment to workplace safety, accountability, and operational excellence
