About the Role
The role involves conducting desk research, candidate development, support, client liaison, opportunistic business development, and database management to ensure the successful execution of executive search projects.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and map out the target companies and candidates for a particular search assignment
  • Candidate development and engagement throughout the search
  • Working with the Partner, develop candidate pitch for initial outreach and any follow-up
  • Manage all candidate interaction in the company database, this will include all correspondence and follow-up
  • Support the Partner managing the project in every way to enable the rapid and efficient closing of each assignment whilst ensuring maximum client satisfaction every time
  • Attend meetings with the client and take relevant notes and distribute them to the team
  • Work with the Partner and client to guide candidates through the interview process

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years search experience ideally at the executive search level
  • Experience managing and executing all aspects of search projects
  • Demonstrated track record of exceptional customer account management
  • Knowledge and experience in working with database systems

Required Skills
  • Well-organized and disciplined in prioritizing projects and tasks
  • Strong operationally orientated and detail orientated
  • Bright, articulate, and quick-thinking
  • Driven, inquisitive, clever, persuasive, and ambitious
  • Must be based in the NYC area and be in the office 4 days a week
