**Role Description **

We are seeking a full-time Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and oversee the operational functions of Caelum Diagnostic Solutions. The COO will be responsible for strategic business planning, optimizing operations, managing budgets, and ensuring the alignment of company goals with operational execution. This role includes collaborating closely with executives and team leaders to drive organizational efficiency and fostering sustainable growth. This is a remote role. Compensation is via equity only at this stage with a move toward salaries after our seed round is funded. .

**Qualifications **

- Proficiency in Business Planning in the Med-Tech space and the ability to set and execute strategic goals aligned with the company's mission and growth trajectory.

- Bring with you a strong network to leverage for fundraising. You will not be expected to pitch, just make the introductions.

- Proven expertise in Operations Management, including streamlining processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

- Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, solve complex problems, and drive decision-making.

- Strong competency in Finance and Budgeting to oversee financial planning, manage budgets, and optimize resource allocation.

- Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively in a high-growth environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster team collaboration and manage relationships with stakeholders.

- Experience in healthcare, biotech, or diagnostic technology is a highly preferred qualification.

- Candidates without advanced degrees will be considered, but an advanced degree in Business Administration, Management or PhD is highly beneficial.
