Job Overview:We are seeking a versatile Graphic Designer with experience in both physical product design and digital web design. This role focuses on creating high-quality visuals for physical products such as plaques, signage, and merchandise, as well as designing clean, modern website layouts and digital assets. The ideal candidate understands how to design for both print and digital environments, ensuring all work is visually strong, functional, and production-ready. Key Responsibilities:
Design graphics for physical products including plaques, awards, signage, and merchandise
Create print-ready files with correct sizing, resolution, bleed, and formatting standards
Develop layouts for engraving, laser cutting, vinyl, and printed products
Design website layouts and digital user interfaces (UI)
Create responsive web design mockups for desktop and mobile
Prepare production files for manufacturing and print vendors
Ensure consistency across print, product, and digital design work
Collaborate on design concepts for both physical and digital applications
Revise and refine designs based on feedback and technical requirements
Maintain organized design files and version control
Required Skills & Experience:
1–3+ years of graphic design experience (product, print, or web design preferred)
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or Figma
Strong understanding of print production standards (CMYK, bleed, resolution, vector design)
Experience designing websites or UI layouts (Figma or similar tools preferred)
Strong layout, typography, and visual composition skills
Ability to create both vector-based and digital interface designs
Attention to detail and accuracy in production-ready work
Understanding of responsive design principles for web
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
Experience designing plaques, awards, signage, or engraved products
Experience with packaging or merchandise design
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (not required but helpful)
Familiarity with web design systems and UI components
