Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Planning and the ability to create and maintain financial strategies
- Strong experience in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to ensure transparency and accuracy
- Analytical Skills and Finance expertise to drive data-driven decision making and optimize financial performance
- Proven leadership and collaboration skills to work effectively with executive teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in financial operations
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- CPA, CFA, or similar financial certifications are advantageous
- Experience in the healthcare industry or value-based care models is highly preferable
