- Expertise in Operations Management and Operational Excellence to optimize processes and enhance efficiency
- Effective Team Leadership and management experience with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
- Proficiency in Budgeting and resource allocation to support organizational priorities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across global teams
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a dynamic and remote work environment
- Rich experience in leading large-scale, global operations, preferably in healthcare or technology-driven industries
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
