Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Finance and Business Planning to ensure financial health and strategic decision-making.
- Demonstrated experience in Operations Management and Strategic Planning to oversee and improve organizational efficiency.
- Proven track record in Sales and Business Development to drive growth and build successful partnerships.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of value-based healthcare models and emerging technologies.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multicultural, and remote environment.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English is highly advantageous.
