Role Description
The Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will lead the financial strategy and operations of the organization, ensuring optimal utilization of financial resources and alignment with the company’s objectives. Key responsibilities include overseeing financial planning and reporting, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. The Group CFO will perform in-depth financial analysis, provide strategic insights to support decision-making, and lead the finance team in implementing best practices. This is a full-time remote role, requiring collaboration across departments and with external stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Planning, Finance, and developing budgetary strategies
- Strong experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data, identify trends, and recommend improvements
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop high-performing financial teams
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with healthcare or related industries is a plus
- Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification preferred
