**Role Description **

The Teller II role is a full-time, on-site position located in Plaistow, NH. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service by assisting members with various banking needs, including deposits, withdrawals, account inquiries, and loan payments. You will handle cash transactions, balance cash drawers, and ensure the accuracy of all transactions. Additionally, you will educate members about BrightBridge products and services to help them achieve their financial goals while adhering to company policies and procedures. Maintaining confidentiality and promoting a safe, secure banking environment are also key aspects of the role.

**Qualifications **

- Cash handling and financial transaction skills

- Customer service and relationship-building skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy in daily financial operations

- Familiarity with standard banking procedures and compliance policies

- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

- Proficiency with banking software and basic computer skills

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in finance or related fields is a plus

- Previous experience in retail banking, customer service, or a similar field is preferred

- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
