**About The Role**

**We are looking for a creative, organized, and outgoing marketing professional to help grow our brand presence and connect with the community in Nashville and throughout Tennessee. This is a part-time hybrid role (20–25 hours/week) primarily working remotely, with regular in-market work supporting events, promotions, tastings, and retailer activations. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving craft beverage environment, loves storytelling and community building, and is excited to help expand one of Tennessee’s leading craft cider brands.**

**What You’ll Do**

**Brand & Social Media**

- Assist with our social media strategy across Instagram and Facebook. Work on reinvigorating our TikTok account.

- Create and capture engaging content including photos, video, reels, and event coverage.

- Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.

- Coordinate content calendars and marketing campaigns.

- Make minimum 2 posts per week across all social media platforms, aligning with team before posting with a goal to own the strategy after training period.

**Events & Activations**

- Represent the brand at festivals, tastings, promotions, and community events.

- Coordinate logistics and setup for activations and samplings.

- Build relationships with retailers, bars, restaurants, and distributor partners.

- Support local grassroots marketing efforts and partnerships.

- Manage small event staff team and hire more help as needed.

**Marketing Support**

- Assist with promotional planning for product launches and seasonal campaigns as flavors are rolling out throughout the year.

- Help source and coordinate branded merchandise and POS materials.

- Track event performance, social engagement, and marketing initiatives

- Support expansion efforts into new Tennessee markets.

**What We’re Looking For**

- 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media, events, or brand promotion.

- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form content creation.

- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for events.

- Passion for craft beverage, hospitality, food & beverage, or lifestyle brands preferred.

- Experience in alcohol beverage marketing is a plus, but not required.

**Role Details**

- Part-time: 20–25 hours per week

- Hybrid / primarily WFH

- Based in Nashville, TN

- Occasional travel within Tennessee for events and market support

**Compensation**

- Starting range based on experience: $26 per hour

- Mileage reimbursement for approved travel/events

- Flexible scheduling

Boal City Brewing is a growing brewery, located Boalsburg Pennsylvania, established in 2023 and now producing approximately 600 barrels annually. We believe great beer deserves a great experience – ~~the right vibe and building community. ~~We are seeking a passionate, hospitality driven person with a creative mind and adventurous spirt to lead that experience and help us grow.

The Hospitality & Brand Manager is the face and creative engine of our taproom experience. This is not a behind-the-scenes role — it is a highly visible, guest-forward position that blends event programming, building key community partner and customer relationships, daily taproom presentation, and hands-on marketing execution. You will shape the atmosphere guests walk into, the story they hear, the events they attend, and the brand assets they see on social media and throughout the taproom and its grounds.

**Key Responsibilities Include**

- Community engagement

- Taproom programing and events

- Cultivating and perfecting the guest experience

- Branding/marketing

**Candidates Should Have**

- A minimum of 5 years hospitality or beverage industry experience, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role

- Hands-on experience in a craft brewery taproom, winery tasting room, distillery tasting room strongly preferred

- Demonstrated proficiency in graphic design and marketing asset creation using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent programs

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse guests and lead a team effectively

- Strong organizational skills with experience managing schedules, inventory, and event logistics Proven track record of delivering outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-touch environment

- Comfort with POS systems, basic spreadsheets, and social media platform management
