We're looking for an Account Coordinator to join our team in a part-time capacity (20 hours/week) with room to grow.
What You'll Do
You'll sit in on client and internal calls alongside our Account Managers and own the follow-through. That means turning conversations into organized task lists, managing deliverables in ClickUp, tracking deadlines, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You won't be building strategy — you'll be making sure the strategy actually gets executed.

- Attend client and internal calls; take clear, structured notes
- Create and assign tasks in ClickUp immediately following calls
- Track open deliverables and follow up proactively with team members
- Maintain project timelines and flag risks before they become problems
- Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to draft summaries, comms, and documents faster
- Organize information across Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
What We're Looking For
- Exceptionally organized — you have a system, and you stick to it
- Clear, direct communicator — in writing and verbally
- Comfortable using AI tools as part of your daily workflow; not just aware of them, actually using them
- Proficient in Google Workspace
- Detail-oriented without needing to be micromanaged
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools
- Background in marketing, agency, or client services environments
- Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM platforms
The Role
- Hybrid
- 20 hours/week to start
- $25/hour
- Schedule is flexible with some required overlap for calls (Eastern Time)
