Qualifications
At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Must be engaging, personable and passionate about providing excellent customer service.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly to resolve customers inquiries
Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
