About the role

The ideal candidate is a people-oriented has great communication skills (both written & oral) and a problem solver. Also a fast learner with excellent information retention, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with team members to determine the best solutions for customers.
Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Data entry in various platforms
  • Company store order fulfillment
  • Coordinate Shipping & Tracking
  • Manage special projects as needed
  • Product research and support as needed
  • CRM lead support for contact management system

Qualifications
  • At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Must be engaging, personable and passionate about providing excellent customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly to resolve customers inquiries
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and multi-task.
