About the role

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate the movement of goods across our global supply chain, ensuring efficient, timely, and cost-effective delivery from origin to customer. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners to maintain smooth logistics operations and high service levels.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate inbound international shipments with factories, brokers, warehouses, and 3PL providers
  • Manage outbound deliveries from overseas suppliers and domestic distribution centers to customers
  • Act as the primary liaison between Sales, customers, and logistics partners throughout the order lifecycle
  • Ensure accurate and timely customs documentation and filings in collaboration with brokers
  • Execute transactions in SAP (order creation, PO receipts, inventory updates, etc.)
  • Track and report shipment status, proactively resolving delays or issues
  • Monitor and validate warehouse activities against SAP records
  • Support cycle counts, physical inventory, and reconciliation efforts
  • Partner with Finance on month-end close and inventory accuracy
  • Manage service providers to meet on-time delivery (OTD) and service level expectations
  • Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within logistics operations

Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
