Perform routine analytical and microbiology testing in accordance with established procedures
Conduct environmental monitoring, endotoxin, bioburden, raw material, in-process and finished product testing
Collect, analyze, and interpret test data and prepare laboratory reports
Ensure all laboratory documentation, logbooks, and records are completed accurately and on time
Support troubleshooting and resolution of quality-related issues with cross-functional teams
Investigate and document non-conformances and out-of-specification (OOS) results
Perform equipment cleaning, preventive maintenance, calibration, and verification
Support equipment qualification and requalification activities, including documentation
Ensure all materials and equipment meet required standards prior to use
Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with quality systems and regulatory standards
Follow all safety, health, and environmental requirements and escalate any concerns
Contribute to continuous improvement and maintain compliance in all work activities
Requirements
Diploma in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Applied Science, Life Science or related field
3–5 years of experience in an analytical laboratory environment
Experience in analytical laboratory setup, equipment troubleshooting, and chemical analysis
