HBX provides programmatic buyers with the flexibility, granularity, and operational capabilities they expect from a modern exchange partner across Audio, CTV, and Mobile Video. Role Description Bold Collective is seeking a highly motivated Buyer Development Manager to help accelerate demand growth across the HBX exchange. This role will focus heavily on sourcing, developing, and closing net new buy-side partnerships across agencies, DSPs, SSPs, trading desks, and programmatic marketplaces. The ideal candidate understands the programmatic ecosystem deeply, has existing industry relationships, and thrives in a fast-moving startup environment. You will play a key role in expanding buyer adoption across our three core channels:
Audio
Connected TV (CTV)
Mobile Video
In addition to opening new business opportunities, this person will help strengthen and grow existing buyer relationships by identifying incremental spend opportunities, new integrations, and strategic marketplace partnerships. This is a highly entrepreneurial role with significant growth potential and direct exposure to company leadership. The position can be either full-time or part-time depending on experience and fit. Bold Collective operates as a fully remote company, and this position will also be fully remote, with periodic travel required for industry conferences, client meetings, and partner events. Responsibilities
Prospect, develop, and close new buyer partnerships across agencies, DSPs, SSPs, ad networks, exchanges, and trading desks
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified programmatic demand opportunities
Drive adoption and spend growth across HBX inventory environments, with a primary focus on Audio, CTV, and Mobile Video
Maintain and expand relationships with existing buy-side partners
Represent Bold Collective and HBX at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
Collaborate closely with leadership, operations, and supply-side teams to align marketplace growth initiatives
Educate buyers on HBX capabilities, marketplace differentiators, and available inventory opportunities
Identify strategic opportunities for new integrations, marketplace partnerships, and revenue growth
Stay current on trends within the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including DSP capabilities, identity solutions, targeting strategies, and evolving buyer behavior
Qualifications
Prior experience selling programmatic media, exchange partnerships, or marketplace solutions within Audio, CTV, or Mobile Video environments
Existing relationships with major DSPs, agencies, trading desks, SSPs, or programmatic buyers strongly preferred
Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising landscape and auction dynamics
Proven ability to prospect and close net new business opportunities
Comfortable operating within a startup or high-growth environment
Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Ability and willingness to travel for conferences, partner meetings, and industry events
