Position Summary
The Logistics Coordinator plays a central role in ensuring product moves accurately, efficiently, and on time across our end-to-end network. This role supports our e-commerce fulfillment, store distribution, inbound vendor freight, and 3PL operations—acting as the connective tissue between warehouses, carriers, vendors, and internal teams. The Logistics Coordinator will own day-to-day shipment execution, troubleshoot delivery issues, maintain accurate flow-of-goods data, and help drive operational excellence across our rapidly scaling supply chain.
Key Responsibilities :Shipping & Receiving Execution
  • Coordinate, schedule, and track all domestic shipments across parcel, LTL, TL, and 3PL channels
  • Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation (BOLs, packing lists, commercial invoices) to ensure compliance and smooth handoffs
  • Monitor carrier pickups, delivery performance, and transit exceptions; proactively resolve issues to protect delivery timelines
  • Support inbound freight coordination with vendors, ensuring alignment with routing guides and delivery windows

Inventory & Warehouse Coordination
  • Maintain accurate inventory and order status through ERP, WMS, and transportation tools
  • Reconcile inventory discrepancies, investigate root causes, and partner with 3PL teams for timely resolution
  • Track stock movements between distribution centers, offsite storage, and stores, ensuring data integrity across systems
  • Assist with cycle counts, audit preparation, and operational readiness during peak periods

Supplier, 3PL & Carrier Partnering
  • Serve as day-to-day liaison for vendors, 3PLs, carriers, and freight brokers
  • Monitor service performance (on-time, accuracy, cost), escalating issues and supporting corrective actions
  • Assist in rate negotiations and capacity planning conversations with freight partners
  • Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, routing requirements, and internal logistics standards

Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Maintain and analyze logistics dashboards, delivery performance reports, freight cost trackers, and KPI scorecards
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements across fulfillment, transportation, and returns
  • Support optimization projects, including network flow, packaging, routing, and 3PL operational enhancements
  • Ensure all logistics data is clean, timely, and consistent across systems and partners
  • Support Vendor Compliance with 3PL data capture and reporting

Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration
  • Partner with E-Commerce, Stores, Digital, and Customer Experience teams to ensure delivery speed and accuracy meet customer expectations
  • Collaborate with Merch Planning, Inventory Management, and Vendor Compliance to support inventory flow, seasonal readiness, and vendor performance
  • Coordinate with Visual Merchandising and Store Operations teams on store-related shipments
  • Assist in developing contingency plans for weather delays, carrier disruptions, and operational exceptions that impact service
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with internal stakeholders on shipment status, risks, and resolutions

Qualifications
  • 3 plus years of experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or supply chain roles within retail, e-commerce, CPG, or 3PL environments
  • Strong understanding of shipping methods, freight carriers, and warehouse operations
  • Proficiency with ERP, WMS, TMS, or related logistics systems; Excel/Sheets skills required
  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to partner effectively across internal and external teams
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
  • Ability to learn quickly, operate in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to evolving priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred
