Job Summary Blue Tees Golf is seeking a Senior Manager, Manufacturing, Quality & Sourcing to lead factory operations, supplier performance, and quality execution across our global manufacturing network. This role will oversee contract manufacturing partners across Asia, including China, Vietnam, South Korea, Cambodia, and Taiwan, while driving operational scalability, production reliability, and supplier accountability. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in consumer product manufacturing, supplier quality management, production operations, and factory-facing execution. This individual must be highly proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of operating independently in a fast-paced growth environment. This position plays a critical role in supporting new product launches, strengthening quality systems, improving manufacturing visibility, and enabling continued retail and operational growth. Responsibilities Manufacturing & Supplier Management
Own operational performance across global manufacturing and supplier partners
Manage supplier relationships related to quality, lead times, production execution, cost, and responsiveness
Evaluate supplier capabilities, manufacturing capacity, and scalability against business needs
Lead supplier negotiations related to pricing, MOQs, lead times, and operational agreements
Develop supplier diversification and risk mitigation strategies
Build strong working relationships across international suppliers, cultures, and time zones
Identify and qualify new suppliers and manufacturing partners
Production Operations & Execution
Manage production schedules and manufacturing timelines from PO release through shipment readiness
Align supplier capacity with demand forecasts and launch timelines
Proactively identify and escalate production risks, delays, and bottlenecks
Improve manufacturing visibility, reporting cadence, and operational accountability
Drive supplier performance related to schedule adherence and on-time delivery
Quality & Compliance
Build and manage scalable factory quality inspection and audit programs
Establish QA/QC processes including pre-production, in-line, and final inspections
Manage third-party inspection partners and supplier corrective and preventive action programs (CAPA)
Partner with Customer Operations and Refurbishment teams to identify root causes tied to returns and warranty trends
Support factory compliance, governance, and audit readiness for retail partners
Improve supplier quality performance and long-term operational consistency
Product Launch & Cross-Functional Support
Partner with Product Development during vendor selection, prototyping, pilot builds, and mass production ramp
Validate manufacturing readiness including tooling, BOM accuracy, supplier capability, and production scalability
Support sourcing and operational execution for packaging, displays, and launch-related materials
Build strong cross-functional alignment across Product Development, Operations, Logistics, Customer Operations, and Finance
Support supplier and manufacturing readiness for new product launches
Skills/Requirements Required
7+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, supplier management, quality, or sourcing environments
Experience managing overseas contract manufacturers and supplier relationships
Strong understanding of factory operations, QA/QC systems, inspections, and supplier quality management
Experience supporting consumer electronics, consumer products, or hardware manufacturing environments
Strong negotiation, communication, and operational problem-solving skills
Experience managing production schedules, manufacturing timelines, global sourcing, and supplier execution
ERP/MRP system experience (NetSuite preferred)
Advanced spreadsheet and operational reporting proficiency
Ability to travel internationally as needed
Preferred
Experience across China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Taiwan, or Southeast Asia manufacturing networks
Experience in ODM and/or OEM manufacturing environments
Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI) and product launch operations
Experience supporting retail compliance or factory audit programs
Factory-floor or hands-on manufacturing operations experience
Experience in high-growth consumer brands or hardware businesses
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field
Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or supplier quality certifications are a plus
