Account Coordinator
The ideal candidate is highly organized and would possess a curiosity to research consumer behaviors and have a passion to develop those data insights into client solutions. You will be a key player, working with an account team to drive our clients' business growth.  This entry-level role requires strong communication and organizational skills and can be found in marketing, sales, and customer service departments.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure all client requests are completed in a timely manner
  • Provide administrative and project support to sales and account management teams
  • End-to-end project ownership from initiation to managing budget, timeline and deliverables
  • Manage the internal team status reports and update them on a regular basis
  • Manage job workflow in project management software
  • Assist in creating keynote presentations for the team
  • Update client status reports
  • Prepare meeting agendas and recaps as necessary

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or at least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

  • Starting Salary $53,000
