Account Coordinator The ideal candidate is highly organized and would possess a curiosity to research consumer behaviors and have a passion to develop those data insights into client solutions. You will be a key player, working with an account team to drive our clients' business growth. This entry-level role requires strong communication and organizational skills and can be found in marketing, sales, and customer service departments. Responsibilities
Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure all client requests are completed in a timely manner
Provide administrative and project support to sales and account management teams
End-to-end project ownership from initiation to managing budget, timeline and deliverables
Manage the internal team status reports and update them on a regular basis
Manage job workflow in project management software
Assist in creating keynote presentations for the team
Update client status reports
Prepare meeting agendas and recaps as necessary
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or at least 2 years of relevant work experience
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
