Blackbird Health is looking for a Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our team in **Mount Laurel, NJ **. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care and be empowered to make a tangible difference in the lives of young patients and their families.

- Participate in consultation to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback and support

- Collaborate with other specialty providers

- Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and patient records

**The basics you'll need:**

- Independently licensed as a LPC, LMFT or LCSW in New Jersey

- Possess one (1) year of experience providing individual, direct care therapy to children and adolescent patients

- Have one (1) year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting

- Own your own phone, computer, and high-speed internet (if applicable as a 1099 contractor)

- Flexibility to work during Blackbird's core after-school hours: after 4pm ET during the week and/or weekends
