Partner with firm leadership on employee relations and people strategy
Lead and develop the HR team and improve core processes
Drive compliance, policy, and risk management efforts
Oversee compensation, benefits, and annual cycles
What you bring:
8+ years of HR experience across ER, compliance, and comp
Strong leadership skills and sound judgment
Experience in law firm or professional services preferred
