**About The Role**

The Social Worker plays a critical role in supporting individuals and families facing a variety of challenges by providing comprehensive social services and mental health support. This position involves assessing client needs, developing and implementing care plans, and coordinating with healthcare and community resources to promote well-being and stability. **Minimum Qualifications**
