Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Race Director. The Race Director will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing successful events from start to finish. This includes course design and management, budgeting, vendor management, volunteer coordination, and day-of event management. The Race Director will also work closely with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.

Qualifications
- 2+ Years Endurance Sports Experience (Do Not Apply Without This)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience in event planning and execution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of event technology and software such as RunSignup, Chronotrack, and others
- Experience in course design and management
- Budgeting and finance experience
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Event Planning, Hospitality Management, Sports Management, or related field
- Experience in the endurance sports industry is a plus
