As the Market Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the go to partner who helps our market and leadership teams stay organized, focused and ready to deliver. You’ll work independently, manage scheduling, coordinate key projects and keep operations running smoothly so leaders can focus on the big picture. You’ll also travel three or more times per quarter for territory visits, logistics planning and other in-person alignment activities. If you enjoy problem solving, staying one step ahead and creating order from complexity, this is a great fit for you.

What You’ll Do
Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and logistics with accuracy and care
Support key projects by tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Prepare materials, reports, and updates that help leaders make confident decisions
Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
Keep communication flowing between leaders, teams, and partners
Support the onboarding of new leaders to ensure a smooth and confident start
Basic qualifications
1 year of administrative support experience
1 years of experience with project coordination
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Preferred qualifications
Associate degree in business administration or related field
