This role requires a strong leadership with a deep understanding of luxury fashion, exceptional people management skills, and a passion for Berluti brand with real entrepreneurship Job Responsibilities ROLE & RESPONSIBLITIES : Market intelligence
Provide first-hand information concerning commercial projects in each city
Collect and develop market intelligence within the industry, and update the competitors' information or sales activities in China to the General Manager
Maintain good relationship with landlord and support negotiation with them on lease contract and business terms
Sales And Performance:
Develop area/city action plan to achieve commercial target in terms of qualitative & quantitative aspects
Analyze sales figures and market trends to identify opportunities for growth, provide qualitative feedbacks
Implement strategies to improve sales performance, including upselling, cross-selling, and clienteling initiatives.
Client Engagement:
Ensure that every customer receives an excellent shopping experience reflected by good mystery shopper result.
Address customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Collaborate with CRM team to develop and take action on brand key CRM strategies
Seeking affinity partner for new client recruitment
Join in store and brand events to build client relationship
Team Leadership And Development:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of store managers to achieve their full potential.
Provide training, coaching & feedback for career development.
Retain key talents by motivating team to enhance job satisfaction.
Manage store managers by monitoring and evaluating performance, and by conducting corrective or disciplinary actions.
Store Operations Management:
Oversee all aspects of store operations, including opening, closing, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
Ensure that the store environment is immaculate, reflecting the luxury status of the brand.
Maintain and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all operational standards.
Visual Merchandising:
Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create stunning displays that showcase the brand’s DNA and collections.
Ensure that the visual presentation of the store aligns with brand guidelines and enhances the customer experience.
Reporting And Analysis:
Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on store performance.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on sales data and customer feedback.
Brand Ambassadorship:
Represent the brand with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
Maintain relationship with the landlords through brand events / product launch animation.
